Phil began his path into construction during the early 90's working for his father in-law in El Paso, Texas. As he fell in love with the home designing process, he and his wife, Laurie, decided to head west to Arizona to start their own company, Yourson Contracting LLC. Since establishment in 1996, Yourson's mission reflects Phil and Laurie's vision of improving the lives of those in their community - one remodel at a time. To them, the greatest reward is witnessing a client's reaction when they see their project completed. Phil and Laurie believe a good life begins at home, and their desire is that each of Yourson's clients will thoroughly Love where they live.

For over 22 years, Yourson Contracting has been a family owned and operated company. Founded by Phil and Laurie Mendoza in 1995, Yourson's early services included only tile restoration. However, the business quickly grew into a construction company, moving into remodeling and designing entire homes. Two decades later, Yourson Contracting does it all- from intricately designed kitchens, to elegant bathrooms, home additions, flooring and roofing.
